You can now cancel old unpaid invoices yourself from the client area. Open My Invoices and use the Cancel button on any invoice with Unpaid status. Paid, refunded, and already cancelled invoices cannot be cancelled this way.
Cancellation uses a two-step confirmation so invoices are not closed by accident. After you confirm, the invoice status is set to Cancelled. This does not issue a refund and does not cancel an active license by itself; it only closes unpaid invoices you no longer need, such as duplicates or invoices you will not pay.
