When you open a new support ticket in the cPanelSave client area, you no longer have to guess which help article to read first. As soon as you enter a ticket subject (and while you type the message), the form looks at your words and shows Suggested Help Articles under the title. These matches come from our knowledge base, so common license, invoice, and WHM questions often already have a ready answer.

The suggestions update as you type. If an article title or snippet matches your issue — for example license activation, unpaid invoices, CloudLinux, or a suspended service — click it to open the article in a new tab. You can still submit the ticket if you need a human reply; the suggestions are there to save time, not to block the ticket form.

To try it, go to Open a New Ticket, choose a department, then type a clear subject such as "cPanel license not active on this IP". Related articles should appear under the title before you send the ticket. Browse the full knowledge base any time from Support → Knowledgebase.

Writing a specific subject (product name, error text, or server IP symptom) produces better matches than a generic title like "help". If nothing relevant appears, continue with the ticket as usual and our team will follow up.
